Sorbitol Powder is a kind of non-sugar sweetener made from high quality dextrose via hydrogenation and refining. Sorbitol powder is less sweet than sucrose and can't be absorbed by some bacteria. Sorbitol powder also has the good characteristics of better moisture retention, acid resistance and non-ferment.
1, can be used for the production of vitamin C raw materials, sorbitol fermentation and chemical synthesis can be prepared vitamin C.
2, can be used as nutritional sweetener, wetting agent, chelating agent and stabilizer.
3, can be used for synthetic resins and plastics, separation and analysis of low boiling point oxygen compounds, can also be used as gas chromatography fixed liquid, gthickening agent, hardener, insecticide and so on.
4, can be used as toothpaste, cosmetics, tobacco humidity control agent.
5, can be used as diuretic dehydrating agent, used for the treatment of brain edema and intracranial pressure increase, treatment of glaucoma intraocular pressure increase, also used for cardiac and renal function normal edema, oliguria.
6. It can be used as aquatic water retaining agent with the ratio of 2.1% sucrose + 3.15% sorbitol + 1.00% composite phosphate, which can effectively reduce the water activity of dry fish fillets and increase the activity of Ca-ATPase.
